What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We accept this using Paypal which is a secure and efficient online method of payment. By using Paypal your information is secure, plus we do not recieve your card information, keeping your payment information even safer.
About Our Jewelry
Much of our jewelry is handmade and those that are will be clearly marked. Items that have a Designer's name are handmade, and handmade in the USA. We also use made in the USA components and findings whenever possible. Some crystals and semi-precious gems are not available as "made in the USA" but you can be sure that the jewelry piece is made in the USA by the Designer noted.
Our designers are proud to be creating jewelry that you will enjoy wearing and that you can give as gifts confident in the knowledge that each piece is unique in it's own way. Wire jewelry is more consistently similar, but since each piece is made individually there will be some variations. The jewelry made with beads, crystals and stones will always be different from any other piece because no two stones are identical. Every piece will be unique, which is part of the beauty of handmade items.
Sizing
We do our best to list accurate sizes, but due to the nature of the gemstones and components there will always be some leeway. If you need something sized accurately, use the Ask a Question button on any product page to let us know your specific needs.
Customization
Many of our designers offer customization. If you want a particular piece in a certain color combination, use the link "Click here to leave a comment or ask a question about this image or product." in the Questions box on the right side of the product page. This link will send us the direct link to the product page you are inquiring about and we can have the designer contact you about your customization request. Many listings will simply ask you to put your color requests or other requests in the comments box during the checkout process. If the colors or other customization is listed in the product description, you can be confident your order will be filled to your specifications. Always feel free to use the question box however. We want happy customers.
